Gift certificates, house calls (my office has a flight of stairs), and package discounts are available. For car accidents and worker's comp claims I will bill the insurance company direct, with no out-of-pocket cost for you. For health insurance, I can give you a coded receipt for reimbursement.

- Consultation FreeCome on in with your completed New Patient Paperwork. We will discuss your medical history and I'll do a physical exam if appropriate for your issue. We will discuss treatment options and the likelihood of your improvement. If you decide not to continue with treatment, there's no charge. If we decide to go ahead (there is usually time for a first treatment), my usual hour rate ($75) will apply.
